The reception desk is open Monday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for the submission of documents and dissertations. Individual appointments can also be arranged by telephone.

Accessibility information: Barrier-free access to the a.r.t.e.s. building is generally possible via the underground car park. Please call the a.r.t.e.s. reception desk shortly before your visit so that access can be arranged immediately (during opening hours). Please note: There is no wheelchair-accessible toilet on the premises of a.r.t.e.s.

Information on baby changing facilities: There is a changing table in the a.r.t.e.s. family room (room 1.B18).
