a.r.t.e.s. international – for all

With its IPID4all programme "a.r.t.e.s. international – for all", the a.r.t.e.s. Graduate School has been able to provide different grants for all doctoral students of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities since November 2014. The DAAD funded project is the follow-up from the first DAAD funding phase from 2010 through 2014.

Doctoral students in the Regular Track as well as doctoral students of one of the structured doctoral models of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities can apply for funding in this project. Doctoral candidates from abroad can also apply for funding.

ATTENTION: THE FEDERAL MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND RESEARCH (BMBF) HAS UNFORTUNATELY NOT PROVIDED THE DAAD WITH FUNDING FOR A CONTINUATION OR RE-TENDERING OF THE IPID4ALL PROGRAM (OF WHICH OUR PROJECT IS A PART). THEREFORE, "A.R.T.E.S INTERNATIONAL - FOR ALL" WILL BE DISCONTINUED COMPLETELY AS OF 30th JUNE, 2019.
In concrete terms, this means that travel expenses can only be funded if the journey starts on 30.06.2019 at the latest, while the return date can be after the end of the project. Subsistence costs, however, can only be funded until 30th June. After this date, no support for subsistence costs is possible at all. In addition, workshops can only be funded if they end by 30th June. Furthermore, proofreading grants have to be paid for by that date as well.
The last allocation of funds takes place in April 2019 (application deadline: March 22, 2019).
